HTT锅炉是一款领先行业的3通道锅炉，配备了HTT专用的天然气燃烧器，使用高品质的Natural Gas作为燃料。HTT的控制系统采用了先进的调制操作技术，能够根据能源消耗自动调整负载，确保HTT锅炉在任何负载点都能保持氮氧化物（NOx）排放量<=50mg。通过HTT独有的烟气再循环（FGR）技术，甚至可以达到30mg NOx的超低排放。

HTT锅炉单元装配了符合中国规定TSG 11-2020的所有HTT安全装置和仪表，确保了操作的安全性。HTT的锅炉盘管采用串联连接设计，且HTT锅炉结构中不含有任何储热材料，提高了热效率。

HTT Hot Oil System Solution  

The boiler is a state of the art 3 pass boiler with a gas burner using Natural Gas as fuel. The control allows a modulating operation – means the load will be adjusted to the energy consumption automatically. At any load point it is ensured to have <= 50mg NOx. By adding a FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation) pipe even 30mg NOx can be achieved. The boiler unit is equipped with all safety devices and instrumentation according Chinese regulation TSG 0001. The boiler coils are in serial connection and the boiler structure doesn’t contain any heat storing material. Furthermore consisting of

-Expansion tank to cover the volume increase

-Drain tank

-Two circulation pumps (one operation/one standby ) preassembled in a ready to use framework with all valves, compensators, strainers and pressure gauges.

-Boil out pipe to reduce light boiling shares in the hot oil

-Distillate separator to collect light boiling shares ( keeps the hot oil quality at a good level and extends the service life of the hot oil filling)

-Nitrogen blanketing to avoid the hot oil getting in contact with Oxygen from the ambient air. This avoids acids and unsolvable shares occurring in the hot oil and further extends the life time of the oil filling.

-Control cabinet with all necessary control and safety devices allowing 24/7 operation without a supervisor. Control system in failsafe execution. Communication with the local DCS by a Siemens ET200 communication module.
