The fired heater of the wt? system by HTT is the heart of a classic process heat plant. It ensures that energy sources are converted to usable heat. Through combustion, thermal oil is heated inside the heater unit. This in turn provides the basic supply of energy for all other parts of the plant. Our fired heaters perfectly balance high heating capacities with low energy costs.

Low energy costs and high heating output, this applies to all output ranges as well as to all fuel types (oil, gas and solid matter). The fired plants are designed as 1, 2 or 3 pass heaters, the range reaches from 80 to 30,000 kW. Also horizontal or vertical configurations as well as chemical heaters in vertical ground-fired form are available.
Besides a high combustion efficiency, which is achieved with generously designed heating surfaces, the wtö heater series also ensures low pressure loss in combination with low thermal stress of the heat transfer medium.

Furthermore, the series also impresses with an accurate compliance to the permissible film temperature of the heat transfer medium as well as a reliable and durable construction, which also allows frequent load changes (starting up and shutting down) without any problems. The lowest possible pressure loss of the heat transfer medium when flowing through the heater is also beneficial to the operating company, since this limits the necessary drive power of the circulation pump to an economic level.
