| HTT stands for comprehensive solutions. Thus, we are also your reliable service partner after commissioning. We support you in all questions about processes and technology. For this purpose, trained technicians with years of experience are at your side in order to safeguard the long-term operation of your investment. OIL ANALYSES AND OIL CHANGES Heat transfer systems are subject to monitoring. Their control includes regular examinations of the heat transfer oil, since the quality of the oil can be measured, which makes necessary corrective actions predictable. The analyses also help to save costs, prevent hazards and thus to maintain the availability of the plant. If significant changes are detected during a check, then we can immediately take countermeasures such as filtering, boiling the oil or an oil change. You are fully looked after since we do not just carry out the analyses, but also supply and replace the heat transfer oil. SERVICE CONTRACTS Increase operational safety/availability, compliance with operating company obligations We offer more than the law requires. The Operational Safety and Pressure Equipment Regulation prescribes an annual inspection by an expert. HTT experts naturally carry out this task - and more: This is the only way, HTT experts can detect and resolve early on defects and wear which go beyond the legal requirements. This ensures proper and efficient operation, high availability and long service life of your HTT plant. As a customer, you can choose between two packages. The basic package includes a safety technical check and an oil analysis. We recommend the premium package in order to increase the service life of you plant even more, which includes two safety checks incl. one oil analysis. This keeps you on the safe side. |

| A secure supply of spare parts will increase your plant’s availability. At HTT, we have a separate department for fast, customer-oriented and reliable processing of enquiries and orders. We develop your individual spare part packages - always with regards to your requirements relating to the plant’s age and the current production. Naturally, we not only sell you the spare parts, we also take care that they are replaced quickly! |
