The APEK system’s fired heater ensures that the energy sources are converted into usable heat. Combustion heats the thermal oil on the inside of the heater plant, which in turn supplies the energy supply base for all other plant parts.
With APEK mini, HTT has also launched a completely new performance class of heat generation. What used to be the reserve of large-scale systems, can now be realised with APEK mini in small systems from 300 kW. Here, the heat excess generated during the process heat generation is used to pre-heat the combustion air of the thermal oil heater.

With our new air preheater system APEK, we remove valuable energy from the exhaust gas and use this to preheat the furnace. This saves fuel and protects the environment at the same time. HTT APEK mini always ensures a waste heat utilisation of 100%. This provides great profitability and thus a quick return on investment.
